As the National Service Manager of Hong Kong you will be a central element of the Country Head Office team and be responsible for the satisfaction and educational success of 5300 Students.

You will lead, develop, motivate and support Service teams in 5 Centers.

You will make a positive impact on the business by managing the Service budget and working closely with Operations to drive internal revenue.

You will be responsible for managing Service excellence and maintaining standard Service operating procedures across the network.

You will be a member of a global network of National Service Managers who receive support from WSI International and are invited to international events.

Job Duties:

• Service Cost budgeting, forecast & analysis
• Service Manager selection, training, re-training, motivation, evaluation and follow-up
• Center staff selection, training, re-training motivation and follow-up in conjunction with Service Managers
• Facilitate communication between centers
• Represent country in International meetings and communications
• Collaboration with Corporate Sales on multi-center and In-Company contracts
• Regulatory issues/quality certification
• Define, monitor and report performance metrics
• Collaborate with New Center openings

Job Requirements:

- Degree holder with training in Business Administration, Education, and/or relevant disciplines;
- At least 3 to 4 years management experience
- Center management experience is an advantage
- CELTA or equivalent certificate
- Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Flexible to travel
- Ability to inspire, motivate and implement standardisation
- Solution oriented
- Ability to work independently
